Root Canal Therapy

Root canal treatment involves repairing and saving an inflamed or infected tooth that is severely damaged, cracked or decayed. If a tooth infection is left untreated for an extensive period of time, it may lead to tooth loss and infection can even spread to other parts of your body. 

During the actual root canal therapy, the infected and inflamed pulp will be removed then thoroughly cleaned, medicated and filled with a biocompatible material (gutta percha). A dental crown will be used to protect and strengthen the tooth
