Complete Denture & Partial dentures

A denture is a removable dental appliance used for replacement of missing teeth. Complete denture is used when all the teeth are missing, whereas partial dentures are used when some natural teeth are still remaining in the mouth. 

The denture procedure takes several appointments. The first appointment is when an impression will be taken. The second and third appointments will be “try-in” appointments to measure and adjust the necessary fit of the appliance. The proper shape and color of the denture teeth will be chosen in this appointment. The last appointment is when the appliance will be checked in the mouth and adjusted for comfort.
